We leverage this truth and our ability to train you through this though all aspects of the Spaulding Method.

Lisa Spaulding were trained as successful massage therapists providing high quality treatments to even the most severe of cases. Together they use their combined high level physical and musical understanding to equip musicians of all types to get the best performances possible through proper physical training. They also help train you around "repetitive strain injuries" and how not to hurt yourself while also getting a better performance you can get out o your body mind and inspirations.
Each training program is custom built for each student. Group and individual times can also be arranged depending on our communities needs and demands.
